SHANGHAI -- AUTO SHANGHAI 2011 – HARMAN, the premium global audio and infotainment group (NYSE:HAR), announced today that the new BYD E6 electric vehicle will include premium branded audio solutions from HARMAN.
HARMAN will provide premium audio for the multi-purpose vehicles destined for international markets such as North America. The first HARMAN-built system is expected to launch on vehicles in 2012, and will feature an eight-channel amplifier, subwoofer and ten speakers.
