We support the “Move Europe” campaign, which has been up and running in Germany since 2007, in cooperation with the BBK (Federal Office for Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance). The purpose of this initiative is to create a Europe in which healthy employees bring forth healthy companies. Within this initiative, leading European companies such as our Automotive Division submit to a neutral evaluation of their health promotion measures to optimize health in the workplace.

As a member of the „Unternehmensnetzwerk zur betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung
in der Europäischen Union e.V.” (Corporate Network for Workplace Health Promotion in the European Union), we also commit to continually improve labor organization, workflows and conditions. Our credo is to promote active employee participation and to consolidate the personal skills of each individual.
