The leading research company in the area of employer branding identified the most attractive companies in Germany in the study “Top Employers 2011/12”.
Around 100 companies every year receive the CRF stamp of approval “Top Employer”, which stands for outstanding quality in the corporate and employer culture.

The disciplines assessed include  internationalism, remuneration, work/life balance, development opportunities, corporate culture, job security and innovation management, for example.
