I chose the Bootcamp program while I was looking for an opportunity to jumpstart my career in the tech industry. This three-month program exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the hands-on approach to learning, with a focus on both the technical and practical aspects of software development. The mentors were knowledgeable and approachable, making the learning experience enjoyable and accessible. - Robert, Junior Engineer
It's a great program to learn how project management, agile methodology, task resolution, and proper documentation are all carried out in an IT organization. I was lucky to be a developer in the Java team. I discovered the best techniques and learned how to write comprehensible code. I learned a lot about Java and coding in general and really enjoyed the overall experience. - Eduard, Junior Engineer
I chose to participate in the BOOTCAMP program as I wanted to enter the IT field. I loved the dedication of the colleagues who were directly involved in the personal learning process, but also the flexibility of the program, which was also very well structured and set up. I would recommend the program to everyone because it is a good career launch pad and internal mobilty is a strength of the company. In brief, the best decision I made! - Gabriel, Junior Software Integration Engineer Audio/Video
In the past, I tried to join HARMAN, but unfortunately my level of expertise was not high enough. Therefore, I did not get the role. But I'd always kept an eye on HARMAN opportunities. The Bootcamp Program was an opportunity for me to try and join HARMAN again. So here I am! I liked the fact that the mentors were patient explaining everything and I felt no pressure as a Bootcamper. I enjoyed going to work every day and I think this is extremely important. I recommend the program to people who want a warm welcome and friendly people around, step by step guidance, and unlimited ways of developing your career. - Dragos, Junior Engineer
