The HARMAN Finance Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational program designed to develop and train the future global finance leaders of the company. Selected participants will benefit from the program by:
  • Gaining global experience
  • Enhancing financial expertise
  • Understanding the businesses and functions within HARMAN
  • Building executive relationships through mentoring
  • Developing a strong peer network and global network
  • Building a strong foundation for a great career at HARMAN
Program Structure
The program will have four six-month rotational assignments in the following financial areas within Corporate, Divisional Business Units and Global Regions:
  • Accounting
  • Consolidation/Reporting
  • Treasury
  • FP&A etc.
Candidate Profile:
  • Masters in Finance, Economics, Accounting, MBA
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to travel
  • Team player with positive attitude and drive
  • Strong aptitude and broad knowledge
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience with satisfactory performance record
