Chief Marketing Officer
Daniel Lee is the Chief Marketing Officer for HARMAN, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.
Daniel leads the global Marketing and Communications organization at HARMAN, as well as the Huemen design agency, and drives HARMAN's worldwide marketing strategy by creating dynamic marketing programs that propel both profitable growth across our lines of business and elevate brand awareness for iconic brands like JBL, Harman Kardon, AKG, Revel, and Mark Levinson just to name a few. Daniel reports to President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Mauser and is a member of the Senior Leadership Committee (SLC).
He has a proven track record of achievement within HARMAN and possesses a wealth of experience gained across leading global brands in both B2C and B2B industries. Prior to being appointed CMO in December 2022, Daniel held senior sales roles driving exponential growth for HARMAN's Consumer Audio businesses in North America and Japan. Additionally, Daniel has held a variety of executive marketing and business development roles for global brands including LG, Hitachi, and Samsung.
Daniel holds an MBA from Cornell University, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University. Among his many industry accolades, Daniel was recently inducted into the Dealerscope Magazine Hall of Fame in recognition of his achievements in the consumer electronics industry.
